水安全的憂慮!😒

水的重要不言而喻，從2000年開始，一種與防水物料、易潔膜、不黏鍋、消防泡沫、保鮮袋有關化合物的水污染愈來愈被重視，它是PFAS，是一種包含5000種碳氟化合物的統稱，被懷疑與一系列健康風險有關，如小孩學習遲緩/障礙，致癌等。主因化合物分子結構非常堅固，排到自然界後不會分解，早前發現美國河流都已可被檢出，理論上濃度只會不斷累積。
美國消費者雜誌2020年拿市面樽裝飲用水作了一次抽樣，結果47牌子有43被檢出，有些濃度含量超慣性容許值（1 ppt），有趣的是礦泉水spring water有2款（美國本土牌子 Deer Park 1.21ppt, Tourmaline Spring 4.64ppt）檢出超1 ppt，蘇打水卻有7款超標且部份有在本地售賣，分享供大家知悉，有興趣可直接去 CR.org/watertests1120.了解。
