Fried rice with shredder pork and vegetable

Annie為了方便Niki出外打擊劍比賽時,中午需解決外賣午飯中可能出現的食物過敏源及安全的風險,因此嘗試自備住家口味飯乾糧。設備使用美國造HavestRight乾燥機。炒飯特色是口味較清淡、油鹽少、無味精、菜心粒多且較大顆;檢測成品Aw <0.1,Program Non Liquid,需約28小時,成品可貯藏多年(視包裝方式),重新泡湯需10分鐘回軟,可加料配雞胸肉乾,曾供應朋友試食,回饋都贊不絕口。










Owing to Niki’s allergic history and the convenience concerns, Annie attempted to prepare MRE (Meal Ready to Eat) for Niki’s fencing competition. The default program of “HarvestRight” dryer is sufficient and only relatively short time to dry the fried rice. The outcome product is very light, few oil and sodium needed, additives free with lot of green vegetables. And the most important is easy to prepare and room temperature storage for long time. The Aw of final product measured <0.1, for~ 28 hours and the MRE could be stored for years (depends on the packing). MRE can swallow directly or to add either hot or room temperature broth or just water, the rice became soften within 10 minutes. The result is quite amazing and the meal is tasteful.
