freeze-dried fresh flower (2 attempts) 顏色保留效果測試 2nd 實驗日期 Date:Nov. 2020 美國的HarvestRight由於預設程序不適合,不能用作乾燥鲜花用;只能以中國造乾燥機進行,預冷10小時至-40度C,在負壓(1-18Pa)下缓慢升層板温度,運行48小時(因花朵偏大及厚重,需增長時間)。结果如上圖以黄色保存最佳,红色效果不佳,但於早前一次檢視美國vs中國機器及乾躁時間效果時,發覺"無忘我"保色效果非常好,因此這會否与花種及大小有關?將於之後更多實驗後累積進—步了解!Aim to maintain the pigments and outlook of the dry flowers, after two trials, I conclude the “HarvestRight” freeze dryer build-in default program is not suitable for flowers drying while the China freeze-dryer machine got excellent result.
