freeze-dried fresh flower (2 attempts) 顏色保留效果測試 2nd 實驗日期 Date：Nov. 2020 美國的HarvestRight由於預設程序不適合，不能用作乾燥鲜花用；只能以中國造乾燥機進行，預冷10小時至-40度C，在負壓(1-18Pa)下缓慢升層板温度，運行48小時（因花朵偏大及厚重，需增長時間）。结果如上圖以黄色保存最佳，红色效果不佳，但於早前一次檢視美國vs中國機器及乾躁時間效果時，發覺＂無忘我＂保色效果非常好，因此這會否与花種及大小有關？將於之後更多實驗後累積進—步了解！Aim to maintain the pigments and outlook of the dry flowers, after two trials, I conclude the “HarvestRight” freeze dryer build-in default program is not suitable for flowers drying while the China freeze-dryer machine got excellent result.
